Uhuru is not about winning matches or training elite athletes, it about finding a common passion that is universal that bring people together regardless of race, religion, sex, financial status, or education and can change lives for the better.
For us, it is education and sports.
Uhuru's entire foundation is based on education and sports. . Soccer/Football is the vehicle we use to attract kids of all backgrounds. For kids in developing countries, soccer is the ticket out of poverty, with education as the motivation to keep the passion alive.
We cannot guarantee every kid will become professional athletes, but we can guarantee that every kid will have education in order to get a professional career.
We help children, families, and communities break the cycle of poverty by empowering people of all ages to dream, aspire and achieve.
