Individual Training
The individual training session is gear toward developing the technical and Physical development. The coordination, Balance, Agility, speed/ quickness. athletic abilities These are the skills set require to play at the competitive level. The skills are presented in a very high tempo, repetitive setting and at game speed. We want to train at game speed to play at games speed. The athlete must exhibit mastery and understanding of the skill set over a period of time during training and match play before advance skills set is introduce. 

Group Training
The group training is gear toward developing the tactical and Psychological. Tactical development focuses on (functional training, positional, Decision making, Vision, learning how to apply skill sets to training and match play,) The psychological development focuses on creativity, mental focus, concentration, solving difficult situations during training and match play, building confidence. Other areas that of focus maturity, accepting criticism, commitment work rate, performances, communication and football IQ.

The U8-U11
Their training is gear towards developing individual technical skills, agility, speed and coordination, competition with other players with similar skills level. Learning how to apply skill learned working in group session. Group is essential at this age level, teaching how to compete and where self expression is paramount to their development. Players are place in groups base on their maturity, skill level and development. Group will consist of 3-4 players per group. two training sessions per week is require.

The U11-U17 
The is training is compose of two parts the individual and group training. The individual training where technical skill, speed, agility and coordination training, positional training, and mental building

The second part is the group training applying technical skills learned, tactical understanding understanding the speed of play. players are place in group base on similar skill and tactical knowledge. Two training sessions is require per week
