Elite Training  Policies

                                             Duration Training Period and payment Policy

Uhuru has always been very understanding of its clients needs and others obligations, that is not Football related, but is important to them.

                                                                  Duration Training Period and payment Policy:
                                                  

(1a) All clients will be given a start date and end date for each 8 weeks training period
 
(1b) The 8-training sessions will last for a maximum period of 8 weeks, with 5 additional weeks for makeup.

(1c) Cancellation request will be determined by academy trainer, and if the cancellation will be counted toward the 5-additional weeks for makeup.

(1d) All make up sessions must be made up within the 5 additional weeks, if it is not made up within the 5 weeks the remaining sessions will be forfeited 

(1e) The third time a client doesn’t complete the 8 weeks session and have to use the additional 5 weeks sessions. The client will remove from the program. 

(2a) Athletes participating in high school sports must complete the 8 sessions before the start of the high school season, or will forfeit the remaining sessions

(2b) Injure/ illness to athletes, additional weeks to be determined by academy coach. Based on severity of injury or illness  

(2c) Cancellation of a session by the academy will not be counted as part of the additional 5 weeks. 

(2d) A payment reminder will be sent out, 3 weeks before the end of the 8 training sessions expire.

(2e) Payment will be due on schedule due date No Exception, unless determine by academy coach





                                                                              Tardiness policy

That is why the makeup and Tardiness policy was implemented since the inception of the elite training program and, to make clients accountable of their commitment made to the program.

The acceptable reasons for missing training sessions or having tardiness issues that will warrant a makeup session are as follow.

Athletes participating in elite training program are responsible for providing their training availability, by email or phone, 12 hours prior to your next training session. Check your training schedule for training days, times, and location. 

If training availability is not provided, your training sessions will be cancelled, and will not be eligible for a makeup session.  

Attending training sessions 30 minutes late. training will be cancelled, and will not be eligible for a makeup session.

If there is a location, time change or cancellation by the academy you will be notified 8 hours prior to your schedule training session and markup session will be determined at a later date.

Scheduling Policy: All training, time, location, days and cancellation are subject to change base on the following factors: Clients needs, Coaches availability, location availability, weather condition With advance notice of 2- 24 hours before. 
There's no permanent schedule training time, day, or location, days times and location can be change at the discretion of the trainer   

All payment are final

 Client Cancellation Policy

Client cancellation must be made 1 hour before the start of their schedule session, to honor the cancellation as a makeup session.

Tardiness Policy

Client must call 1 hour before the start of their schedule session, if they will not be attending training.

Client must call 1 hour before the start of their schedule session if they are expecting to be late.

 If there are excessive missed sessions and tardiness, within the 8 weeks training period the client will be given a warning, if the tardiness continued. the athlete will be release at the end of the second 8 weeks period.

Payment Policy:  

1(a)All payment are due at the last session of a the current period.

1(b) If you are on a payment plan your first payment will be due at the beginning of the period and the second payment will be due on the schedule date within the training period

1(c) Payment notification will be send out 5 days before the payment due date.  

2(a) Three or less missed sessions in a period at the end of the training period, it will be carryover to the next period. The payment due date will remain the same.

(2b) Four or more missed sessions in a period. Will be made up in that training period. Payment will be due at the conclusion of the period

(2c) Missed sessions are NOT transferable to other clients such as Siblings, Friends, Relatives, ect, ect.   

3(a) If you payment due date is on a non schedule training date. Make Your payment by bank deposit Arizona--Well fargo. Ohio-- Bank of America, Michigan-- Bank 1 Pennsylvania-Bank of America

3(b) All payments are nonrefundable
