Coaching Materials

Development Never Stops

Soccer development does not stop when we step off the coaching field, it continues far beyond into regular play. This is when we are the most creative, because it allows the player to play freely away from coaches. Players learn to play instinctively, without fear of making mistakes and taking chances.

The tactical and positional training should come from the club and personal trainer as well as the application of the technical skill that has been acquired from pickup matches. Parents need to encouraging their kids to get out there and play pickup as matches as much as possible with other kids. Each player needs to have at least 1000+ touches daily away from their club coaches or personal trainer.
It's important that we stress creativity consistently during every training session.
